Big Ideas and Long-term Vision:
I think life is too short to think about great ideas and too long to think of taking an action. As many world leaders say, Big ideas come from thinking big. I believe thinking big not only gives us a freedom to express and show the world our capability but also in a big sense polishes our creativity, gives us courage and independence from our negative thoughts and emotions. Thinking big by embracing a long-term vision is not an easy task and 99% of the people fail on achieving their goals in life. Therefore, a true leader is the one who despite failing to achieve their long term vision and actionable ideas still utilize the courage and self-belief to make the impossible tasks happen. Especially children and young people should always be motivated to opt the path of big ideas and long-term vision. No matter how much time it takes, these objectives are achieved by running a marathon not a 100 m sprint.

Honesty, Integrity and Self-esteem : Why all of a sudden these words are important to leadership? Are these words relevant in today's world, where everyone leads life by being a selfish? Does it have any significance to be truthful, because at the end of the day a truthful person is set around the corner? The answer is Yes. Honesty, Integrity and Self-esteem are interconnected. There is a thing called Inner spirit which we often call (Subconsciousness). When we commit fraud, spread lies and become dishonest, our reflex system automatically starts to fear and our perception in our own eyes starts to degrade. For a leader, these words are a golden stamp on which their whole life remains. Leadership can only be practiced once a person is ethically, morally and emotionally strong and these qualities makes us a hero in our own and everyone's eyes.

Innovation, Intelligence and Open-mindedness: I think just like the above passage, Innovation comes from intelligence which futher is a strong component of  an open-mindedness (broad vision). For a leader or a even an ordinary person, thinking in a paradigm of open-mindedness brings a knowledge, clear vision and direction to the life. Theron, a growth mindset becomes handy when thinking of having an open-minded vision. It is a common saying that "leaders are readers" and it is 110% true statement. A strong, emotionally well balanced and idea-generative mind comes from thinking correctly and in broader horizons. Leaders at the workplace therefore pay a close attention to thinking of diverse ways when launching a new project or bringing new product into the market. As, in a chain it is Open-mindedness--- Intelligence---- Innovation.

Task-centered and Knowledge of the business: My leadership philosphy revolves around being an intoverted person. Because, I have a different analogy than an extrovert person would have, I believe that bringing strong skills in today's world such as strong attention to detail, critical thinking, creative thoughtprocess and logical intelligence could be an asset as most of the world's influencial innovations are the results of these qualities. And as due to excess usage of technology, these natural attributes are becoming skills of today. Hence, I would say if we have an image of leaders who are only extrovert, think about Elon Musk, Bill gates, Jeff Bezos, Simon Sinek etc..

Emotional Intelligence: This type of intelligence has emerged as one of the main types in the world. Even if we mention corporate world, school, defence and anywhere, Emotional Intelligence has become an important part in our living. I have a strong belief that strong emotional Intelligence leads to strong awareness, inclusiveness, responsibility and motivation, which are necessitious ornaments of a leader. Most importanlty, our schools and colleges are now trying to include various subjects and courses that intrigues the emotional intelligence of students and prepare them to excel in the outer world.

Democratic Leadership : Upon completing the quiz during the first assignment, I came to know for the first time that I have a democratic leadership style. Because, I have always believed in working together, building strong relationships, presenting thoughts and ideas that uplifts everyone equally. Every government, corporation and every organization in the world runs through teamwork, collaboration and inclusiveness ,and it is because of the managers and leaders who are democratic and support their subordinates. In an office working environment, it is important to have democratic leaders because, those environments foster maximum productivity, creativity, enthusiasm and low employee turnover.
