Working at best buy means a way to express right to technology and constant improvement through technology. I at best buy have been trained to provide our customers in teaching them how to leverage technology to train our new generation brains with the skills that will make our lives easier, transparent and better in the future. Through technology consulting, I as part of best buy team aim to enrich the lives of people through providing most suitable yet different needs that through fulfilling makes their decision a wise decision in the longer run. Overall to say, we start our day energetically by saying "946 St.James Kicks" Best Buy...., which gives us the enough energy to put a reasonable smile on our customers's faces.

BEST BUY'S OUTPUT CONTROL

According to our textbook, Output control means focusing on the measurable results within an organization. Under this aspect, we encounter daily, weekly and monthly sales goals in addition with selling 30% of best buy memberships. Clearly saying, if we have 100 transactions a day, we are expected to sell atleast 1 best buy membership after every 30th transaction. This ensures that the store is making atleast three members every day to maintain  a strong standing in generating revenue and sales goals. Certainly, we employees are recognized on the quality and quantity of service we give to our customers through online feedbacks. The overall emphasis is laid on focusing the SMART goals everyday.  The goals that we set daily, weekly and monthly are set to ensure Best Buy meets its mission statement focusing on its excellence for performance and reliability.
I myself believe feedback and selling memberships helps us to sell quality products and services at a cost-effective price, what are the demands of the customers and how we can consistently improve?

BEST BUY'S BEHAVIOURAL CONTROL

Behavioral Control is the way to follow set of guides rules, principles and objectives that indicate our physical and emotional presence when we are on the sales floor. Generally, it means how effectively we are interacting with the person? how we are managing stressful conversations and how energetically we are presenting not only our products and services but our brand entity. For example, at best buy if we have a limited knowlege on a product we cannot say that we don't know! on the other hand, we have to call our senior advisors to help the customers. This creates a sense of urgency to keep learning until we achieve the perfection. That's why our e-learnings at the work are designed to teach us  rules, policies and strong observations to keep ourselves up to date and uplifting brand name.
The best part I like about our behavioral control is that aside from on-site job shadowing we practice e-learnings and do trainings that teach us what our dress code should be, what lifestyle questions we should ask when interacting with customers and how we should approach our seniors for help on limited product knowledge?

BEST BUY'S CONTROL CLAN

Clan Control leads on maintaing our tradition, core values and norms for which we are known in the whole North Amercia. How best buy does it is very very different from other companies. For example, giving a stong slogan everyday before we open and playing fun games like riddles and cue cards before the day starts gives everyone working a strong start to charge on the floor. We believe when we enjoy our work in a playful manner, we actually feel productive, more motivated and that's how we face very less employment turnover. The support from upper management creating strong collaboration makes us put more effort that focus on creating brand recognition and value proposition rather than just focusing on selling and making commissions overall. Hence, I believe Clan control in best buy is more oriented towards attaching us to engagement, belongingness and high-performance.
